Is there anyway I can avoid Hpv and live a normal life?

I have been researching hpv and have learned a few things about it. I know that condoms don't protect against it, there are low (warts) and high risk (cancerous) strains, it can be contracted from all kinds of sex and even hand to genital contact, and the virus can become dormant for even years so its hard to track, but what I want to know is, how do I prevent myself from contracting it. I will be vaccinated soon for it, but gardasil 9 does not prevent all strains. I have not had any sexual contact, heavy petting, digital sex, or even deep kissing so there is a large chance that I haven't been exposed to it. How do I have a normal life with a partner if I don't want to catch Hpv? That means that I can not have sex or even stimulate my partner if I wanted to because not much is known about hpv and there is a high chance of getting it. I'm slighty okay with not being intimate with anyone, but I feel as though I will regret it if a cure is made or I get old and have never experienced a healthy relationship. I know that most infections clear on their own, but I rather not have it in my body to begin with.

Just find someone who has had very few sex partners who also had the vaccine, although this isn't that reliable. Should you find this person and it worked out, stay in that relationship for the rest of your life. Condoms provide some protection but not much. Any relationship should start with condoms.  It really comes down to two things: Sleeping with as few partners as possible and finding someone who is also less experienced. And then staying with that person for the rest of your life. The people who don't have it got married when virgins and they stayed married. The divorce rate in this country is high and so the virus is very popular with the above 50 crowd who are divorcing in large numbers and then dating.
