If you have active (visible) warts, please refrain from ALL sex. Go see a doctor (dermatologist, urologist, etc) and get those warts removed asap. Oral sex with someone who has active (visible) warts is not safe. Oral HPV comes from oral sex. Wait a few months after all warts are gone before you have any sex with anyone. Not just for her sake, but for yours too.
