Genital warts or something else???

I need some help. I had unprotected sex in June with a new partner. I was drunk and it was a HUGE mistake. I freaked out, because I've only ever had two other partners in my life, and made sure to ALWAYS be protected. This was the first time I've ever had unprotected sex, and it was under ****** circumstances. I asked him if he was clean and he said yes, but I mean that wasn't really reassuring. So then, August 1st came around, and I was outside tanning and noticed I was very, very itchy. It was so sooooooo uncomfortable, I had no idea what was going on. I noticed I had white clumpy discharge, so I figured it was a just a yeast infection. But, then I noticed bumps down there. Not really even bumps, more like growths. Very, very small growths. I started to panic and researched on the internet what this could be. I saw genital warts, but they looked nothing like what I had, at all. I understand that genital warts can look different on everyone, but these look more like vestibular papillomas. They aren't clustered or anything like that, just single growths, but there are quite a few of them. I made an appointment with my doctor. I was almost certain she was going to tell me I had warts and give me treatment, but it was the exact opposite. I went and she said they looked nothing like genital warts, but I still wasn't convinced. So, then I got a Pap smear. She said there were no warts inside my vagina and everything came back normal, which I was kind of expecting, since if I do have it, it would be a low risk strain and from what I've read, it doesn't always show up on a Pap smear. But, she did say it looked pretty yeasty and gave me diflucan. The itchiness isn't as bad as it was, but the growths are still there. I do trust her, because she is very smart. She's an Ivy League grad with a lot of practice, and said she has seen hpv warts many times, but I'm just so confused. Not to be weird, but I never have problems with my vagina, ever. I've never even had a yeast infection until now. I've never had any problems until now. I'm going to a gyno this week for a second opinion. I want a biopsy done because this is driving me absolutely insane. I was just wondering if anyone knew what these could be. If they could be anything other than warts???? Please let me know.

Also, the reason this freaks me out so much, is because June was the first time I had sex in over two years. That's why it's really bothering me because I have a doctor telling me they're not warts, but yet I just don't get what else they could possibly be?????

Oh and also these bumps are on my labia minora, where no hair grows. They're like evenly in a straight line on both sides.
