I fear I might have HPV, please advice me what to do

hello ,
how do I start this. I had been in a long term relationship for years and it ended last year Nov, during that sad period I had sex with a stranger, I used a condom at first but before that I have rubbed my penis on her vagina, in December I found a small mole which I fear is a wart on my testicles/shaft, in January I found 3 and that's when I started to research, I fear I might have HPV. I am a very healthy man and hardly do fall sick, ever since finding out about this, I have had weird burning sensation on my penis, I don't know if my mind is playing tricks on me but I really would like to know if this are symptoms of HPV.
Please I do really need help because my ex is back into my life and I don't want to infect her or anyone else, I do prefer to stay celibate for life if this is HPV

First of all, stop self diagnosing. Go see a dermatologist asap. A medical professional diagnosis will determine what those moles are. If a biopsy is needed to confirm whether it is a genital wart or not, then get it removed and tested.

As for being celibate, what makes you think that most people who are sexually active don't have it? The current stats are 8 out of 10 sexually active people have been exposed it. The absence of warts means nothing. People can go for years with no symptoms and suddenly it appears without sex. Should you be diagnosed with it, you will join the educated majority who know what this is and how to live with it. Most men are clueless about their HPV health because men cannot be tested for it. Ignorance isn't bliss. Know the facts should get a positive diagnosis.

Thank you for your advice. I have gone to see a Dermatologist and I have to wait till the week to hear back. I have been doing some research online and I see some people say high does of either Tagamet or Zinc Sulfate does help boost immune system to fight the virus, how true is this?
