About 3-4 months ago I noticed a small, very slightly raised "white" patch on my glans by the urethral opening. It's more rectangular/irregular in shape and about 2-3 mm in size. On a flaccid penis it's quote noticeable, but with an erection the spot disappears. It's not stark white, it's just a really pale area like all the blood has blanched away.
In other words, it appears like a small area is not getting a lot of blood flow, but when there's more blood in the area it's normal looking. It is very slighlty raised. No difference in skin texture. No pain or other sensations.
I didn't think it was HPV at all since it wasn't pink or darker in color. But I saw an article online where it does describe HPV causing white areas, too, which was news to me.
Does this sound like some kind of HPV? Cancer?
Also, another question. When my penis is erect, I do have other small bumps on the glans, all over. I noticed them a few months ago. I consider them to be simple skin texture changes, making it look "knobbly". When flaccid, no bumpiness. All the bumps have the same color as my skin, except for one which is darker. It's about 0.5 mm maybe, quite small. Does that sound HPV-like? I'm thinking it's maybe a super tiny blackhead.
Any input appreciated!
