Im terrified i may have herpes or genital warts?

I got out if a serious relationship around january, it was physical, then in April i was fingering a girl who had herpes, she told me and i freakes out. After talking to my doctor i relaxed, but about a week ago i received oral. Now i am noticing bunks around the rim of my penis head. These are freaking me out because i cant tell if theyre herpes or genital warts.

I couldnt figure out how to add photos.

How soon after? Read up on how long it takes for herpes to manifest and how painful it is then compare that to your situation. Warts are painless and should take at least 2 weeks to appear.

I’m convinced it’s not herpes, but I’ve read hpv can take a while to show up. Is a few spots around my penis head.
Warts can show up between 2 weeks to 3-6 months after exposure with the normal length of time around 1-3 months, I think.  Don't quote me on that, and there are many strains of wart causing HPV that interact differently with different people so it's tough to pigeonhole it's behavior.  Do you have access to a doctor, dermatologist or planned parenthood?  I prefer dermatologists, myself, but regardless, you'll have to have your concerns visually inspected by a professional to know.  The only way to truly know for sure is to insist that they biopsy the spots.  Obviously, a visual only inspection is subjective to the professionals familiarity with HPV warts and stuff.  That's about all the help you'll be able to get here, my friend.  That's your course of action to resolve this fear.  Best of luck.
