HPV genital warts ?
Hi, thanks for reading my question.
Recently, i found that there is a rough patch on my penis gland near the tip of the glan.
It feels rough to the touch.
I only had one sex before and it was 7 months ago, it was protected sex as well.
I had done all the blood test for HIV, Hep B, Herpes, and all of them was negative.
Can you guys please help me identify what is wrong with me ?

I also went for a check up with a GP, and she just gave me aqueous cream.
