Is hpv in anus and penis the same ?

Hi there,
I will be very thankful if someone can answer my questions. To make it less boaring i posted my story after my questions.

1-is anal warts and penis warts different things or same?
2- can i infect myself like touching ny anal and penis and from some how i spread virus from anus to penis?
3- after outbreak is over i.e. warts are frozen off in your openion how much time i am still contagious?
4- can i merry and have childrens? Is it a sound idea to get my future wife vaccinated so the chances of infecting her be reduced?
5- if i get vaccinated myself can i protect others from me ? Coz my body will create antibodies

A bit about me

I have been unlucky i was virgin and due to lack of knowledge about STDs. I used condom but  for a short period of time i did unprotected, i think this was the time where i was exposed to virus , in a fraction of time. Whenever i think of that i feel very bad.
2~3 months after having straight sex my anal started to and after some months later anal area start to get itchy with yellow discharge and i develop warts on anal, so i go for biopsy and dr said its hpv, so i went for freezing them off
i was not having any warts on ny penis, except last night i discovered a tiny raised wart on the shaft of my penis, i went to doctor and get it frozen off.

Thank you help needed.

Hi, I am a homeopathic physician and have been doing practice for the last 15 years. Yes, anal and penis warts are the same. Yes, it can spread to the other body parts if you touch your private parts. Definitely, you can get married and can have children. Many people with HPV live a healthy and a satisfying sex life because most HPV infections will clear from the body if your immune system is strong. It is important to take the products that can help in boosting up your immune system. Homeopathic product such as HP factor and herb such as Hyperisince has shown good results in the research and help in boosting up the immune system.
