Genital bumps and sore skin

I've been with many women over the years, and I'll admit that I've neglected to use protection 100% of the time. Around mid summer last year, I noticed a small bump that was near the start of my penis . It didn't hurt, and it did not go away for several months. A few other bumps like these were scattered around the pubic area. Everntually the one that first showed up went away. I think all of it did actuallyIt's about the same time of the year now, and last week I noticed the spot that disappeared became very tender like a severe sunburn. My penis became very sensitive on one side, and my inner left thigh was very tender. This persisted for a day or two. By the end of this week, the pain has mostly gone away. But today before I showered I noticed several bumps were scattered at the start of my penis. Is this something I should see a doctor about?
