What is this?Warts?

About 2 years ago I noticed a small lump at the central base of my penis and thought nothing of it, recently I have shaved and it seems to have grown somewhat.. last year I also noticed two smaller bumps around the area and a small bump on my penis. these seem to have stayed the same size

Is this just warts that will go away eventually? or something else?

A lot of people don't feel anything with aldara, feeling irratation doesn't necessarily mean its begining to work

I haven't looked at the photos but it sounds like warts. However it could be something else so you need to get them looked at. If you leave them they may grow and multiply so it is important for you to get them removed. If they are warts you are at risk of spreading the virus even more so when the warts are present, so its always best to get them seen too.
