More than likely warts

Good morning, I believe I may have genital warts. It's been about if not over two years ago I posted about possibly contracting HIV from unprotected sex. I waited 3 months and then 6 months and everything was negative thankfully. I was also tested for every other std which I tested positive for chlamidiya which I was treated. I abstained from sex for 2 years now I'm in a new relationship. She was cleared from all Sti's as well. She mentioned she taken the hob vaccine so we began engaging in unprotected intercourse. I am 29 she is 27 and took hoc in hs she has a child I don't and has never spread any infections. I've found two very small blisters on my penis on the left and a small on the right. I believed it to be from aggressive intercourse or excessive masterbation. I recently went to the Dr. And she said it is warts after viewing without any test. It's been 2 years, is it normal for this to show after two years? How do I live life from here? Us it possible I can spread to my fiancé? I've overheard about it clearing up but, the fact that I just had a break out what are my chances. I'm very healthy. I informed my fiancé immediately and we are both shocked. We aren't promiscuous at all. What can I do to heal these possible warts. I did pick with it so it did make it look a but deformed when the Dr. Viewed it She didn't prescribe medication. She just basically said life happens if it gets worst see a urologist. Do I get a second opinion? It's really causing me to panic. I think I'm stuck with this for life. The Dr. Says my Fiancé can't get it because she's been vaccinated. I'm not sure how I could have gotten it.

yes get the warts removed via a dermatologist and have one biopsied.  Or get some creams from the dermatologist and get them removed. Assume your fiancee has it too, but she can be tested. It is not normal for them to return. Maybe 10% of the infected have this occur. The warts you see now are from sex years ago (you or her).

You can get it years later.  You should get a second opinion.  That just sounds crazy that the doctor would not refer you to someone.  Do not have sex and go get it looked at asap.
