Swelling on libia

Hello, I am a 21 year old student who was diagnosed with HPV about two years ago. I took precautions and followed up with my doctor a year later to receive another pap smear, when the test came out negative, I was informed by my doctor that my hpv had cleared up. However, as of yesterday ( about three years from my hpv diagnosis) I woke up to find that my right upper  Libia Majora was swollen along with another swollen flesh looking bump about an inch away on the same side. I took a closer look at the upper right swelling and decided to press it to see if it was in fact an ingrown hair or a pimple. I squeezed out a small bit of pus and blood from the swelling and the same happened with the smaller flesh looking bump. I went to an intence cycling class at the gym about two days prior to this incident i dont know if maybe this is the cause of my swelling. As for my sexual history, I have had the same sexual partner through these past three years and we used condoms faithfully until I was diagnosed hpv free. However, we have not had sex in about a week . The swelling on the upper right libia majora is very painful and extreamely sensitive when i walk or  try to urinate. Now I an extremely worried whether this is an hvp outbreak or something else. I would like to at least know whether my hpv is back or not .. I am extremely worried.
Thank you for your time doc

I'm not am MD but I get things that sound similar (age 28 female, also had hpv).

Firstly, if its worrying you nip to your local clinic and get them to take a look.

I've had similar things and fir me they are not hov but instead a deep type of boil often from an inflamed ingriwn haur folicle or sweat gland. I get them after heavy sweaty exercise or round my period. Super tender, fkesh colored bump firm to the touch, may produce puss and blood when "popped". They are suuuper sore too.

I tend to treat mine by 1) wearing a skirt or unrestrictive clothes. 2) keep the area clean ( fresh knickers, wipe it over with a gentle antiseptic a few times a day). If i have chance i apply a warm compress after day 2 and if i feel super brave i "pop" it. You have to be careful though as by popping it you risk infection. I have found it can solve itself over a week if you jeep applying the antiseptic and a gentle antiseptic cream.

They are really painful though so if its real bad see if ur doctor can "lance" it or similar.

Good luck,

:)
