Oral HPV?

I had unprotected oral sex two times. About a month after that I noticed a lump near the back of my mouth on my cheek. It doesn't hurt but it is visible. I went and was tested for STD's and I pointed this out when I was there. She said I could just be getting a virus and not to worry about it. But it has been like two months since then and it is still there. Could it be an oral wart? I'm nervous and don't know what to do.

See if you have an Oral and Maxillofacial Pathologist in your area. They are pretty good with that stuff to.

Start with your dentist who can refer you to an oral surgeon if your dentist feels its warranted. Ask for an oral cancer screening. If in a rush, just get an appointment with an oral sugeon or an ENT doctor for removal and biopsy of the bump. Visual inspection is always a good idea but removal and testing is the only way to know for sure.
