Oral wart

I was diagnosed as having genital warts about 10 years ago. A few months later my husband developed a bump on his lip. We were concerned but a dr at the time said genital warts on the lip are rare and we shouldn't worry. I am now pregnant and and this reminded us about the bump, and we wanted to get a second opinion. This time the dr said he is sure it is a wart and because of the location and my history/timing probably a genital wart. We are really concerned for the baby. My husband has had it for 10 years and kisses me, including on my nipples. I'm really scared to pass it to the baby breast feeding. I know babies can get warts in their throat and it's very serious. We are considering not breast feeding. This breaks my heart.
