Genital Warts/ HPV - CANT GET AN ANSWER

So a few months ago I realized this single spot on my shaft. The spot itself would be white, but when friction from masturbation or sex became prevalent - it would turn red. At first I didn’t think much of it, but it never ended up going away.   I went to one dermatologist and they said not to worry about it... but then I went to another one and they responded by saying - “It looks like a cyst or just a pupil, but there’s a chance it could be the start of a genital wart”.... anyways, they used the liquid nitrogen cryotherapy on it and the redness went away. I haven’t had any other spots similar to this since and it’s been almost 2 months since the therapy was done.

Attached is pics of the lesion RIGHT AFTER therapy where the spot is most noticeable.    I took these kind of last moment but that’s all I’ve got.

Questions are:

1) What is this freakin thing? Is it warts or just a minor pupil/ cyst?  I honestly am dying to just know what it is

2) The spot itself post-therapy is just a white scar/ skin tissue and it doesn’t seem to go back to normal. Could it be like this forever? Is there something I can do to get it back to normal?

3) What else should I do in this situation? It’s controlling my life and I want to know if I do have HPV. Should I be worried or just move on?

4 photos are in the album - let me know what u think.  Thanks!

You can have them test. Very easy to find out what it really is. Don't guess it, because warts come in different color, size and shape. Nobody can tell for sure what is. Test now
