Pimple like bumps on the shaft of the penis

Hi

i have 2 pimple like bumps on the lower right side of the shaft of my penis(at the center), one is of black color and the other is relatively large than the first one with pinkish tone. they feels like hard flesh. no pain and no discharge or swelling. there are no hairs no them. i noticed them about a month ago. but now i am really concerned. i am single and never had intercourse with anyone, but i do maturbate once in a while. been studying HPV articles and gential warts online. not sure about consulting a doctor though. plz help.
Thanks

No pictures because
1) This is considered a PG-13 rated forum
2) I am not a doctor
3) Most doctors are reluctant to evaluate a picture.

"Clothes on" means no risk of STDs. Kissing, hugging, etc will not give you genital HPV.

thanks alexdelong for a quick response. other things that I should mention are that they are pointy pyramid like and protrude from inside the skin not on top and rather small(compared to the pictures of warts I've seen).

i also wanted to know that can i get warts from kissing and hugging like body contact etc. i do have a girlfriend, we do caress each other but no genital contact ever thanks once again for the reply. i want to be absolutely sure about this before i go to a doctor because medical advice of such sorts is really really expensive in my country( almost half of my paycheck).

I can provide pictures of the problem if u want

thanks a lot for ur response , i really appreciate it.

If you haven't had sex, or genital to genital contact, or oral sex, it almost certainly isn't HPV. A doctors opinion might help ease your mind though
