Pls help about HPV questions

Dear doctor, please help

I'm a full time mum and I live  in a three floor apartment. I'm on the ground floor. My toilet bowls are blocked every month because people living upstairs keep putting rubbish  in the toilets and by the time someone comes to clean the manhole the water from the manhole has come out to the floor at  the back of my apartment area where the washing machine is. I'm worried that the sewage water which contains lots of viruses like HPV, Hepatitis A etc  will be all around my house area plus it can get inside my house  outside and we keep them inside the house easily because that back area I and my cleaner have to go to do some chores there.

I have a 5 month old baby and I'm really worried that with the contamination of sewage water from the manhole will cause me , my husband and my baby illness. My questions are
   1. Is it possible that my baby, I and my husband can be infected by Hepatitis Virus or HPV Virus (or any other viruses) from this situation? In my head , i picture it is really bad about the sewage water from manhole and especially when it comes up on the ground area which can easily gets into the house and that means there is no way I can be sure that it won't get on stuff and get to my baby.
   2. when the water from manhole is dry can the wind blow viruses into the air and get onto non living stuff that can have contact with people? if yes, will that be harmful in anyway?

I'm looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you very much

Thank you very much for your reply. what if the overwhelmed sewage water from the manhole will get into the house by the shoes we use outside and the wheels of the bikes or pram? then it's possible that it might get on stuff in the house that we touch before we touch the baby…i've read on some websites and they said it was possible for HPV to transmit by hands...

There are no doctors here and the doctors Forum shut down.

HPV and Herpes are skin diseases. The virus is transmitted via rubbing of skin or oral sex. Hep transmission requires blood to mix or fluids like spit or vaginal fluids to touch you. As long as you and your family aren't touching anything you should be fine. The only viruses that travel in the air are flu viruses and they are carried around in water droplets when people speak, cough or sneeze. Sexually transmitted diseases literally require skin to skin contact or fluids contacting skin or lungs/sex organs.
