breastfeeding

Okay .. im 38 weeks and still dont know if its safe to breastfeed ... i was diagnoised with HPV high risk at the beginning of my pregnancy .. can sumbody please help me.???

yes you can ( and should ) breast feed :)  genital hpv isn't an issue for breast feeding at all.

Thank you and good luck to the rest of yours also. I know ill be asking a million questions im not ashamed I've been talking to nurses and doctors for 3 yrs about herpes having hpv wouldn't change anything ill probably embarass my bf because of how open and blunt I am about the topic to complete strangers..

Yeah, i wish i wouldnt asked questions sooner.! But i was too ashamed.! Make sure they test for abnormal paps and high risk types of hpv... ask as many questions as possible.! Good luck on your pregnancy .! :)

I dont know the answer to this but I wanted to thank you for bringing this question to my attention im 7 weeks I told my doctor im about 90% sure I have hpv there doing the testing on the 23rd and I wanted to breastfeed so now I know what really important question to ask!!! I also have herpes 2 and I asked a million questions about that but couldn't think of any for hpv.
