STD oral hpv

I have a smooth flat bump thats mostly flesh color in my mouth at the junction line by my upper gums. I've been to 4 doctors and all say its not a wart of any kind but i have my concerns. Anyone on here ever had one and could tell me what their's looked like or even tell me what they look like?

One more question...can you pass it on via salvia? My understanding is that it has to be skin to skin contact or wart to skin contact. What I did was took some saliva from my tongue put it on my hand and rubbed it on my penis.

It's clear this isn't a wart in your mouth. And even if it was it wouldn't be passed on via saliva. I think you know yourself that this isn't a wart but you're letting your worrying get the better of you.

Also my concern is, if it is a wart can I pass it through salvia? A few months back I used my salvia for lubrication during sexual intercourse while the bump was there and I'm afraid im not going to have it below now. I've been seen by a urologist twice now and says everything looks fine and no signs of std's below. I been tested for all other std's and have been tested 3 times now for HIV, everything came back negative.

its doesnt have the typical cauliflower appears that a wart would have nor is it "pitted" like some may say they look like. its also perfectly round and sometimes is red but i think thats from the tongue messing with it. A lot of the times its hard to find due to it being the same color of the roof of my mouth. What bothers me is no one has offered to bio it because they said it wasnt needed.

I've seen my dentist, primary care doctor, a doctor at the local hospital and a doctor thats deals with the oral and maxillofacial regions and their associated structures.

It's very unlikely that 4 doctors have all got this wrong. I'd trust their professional judgement on this one.
