There are over 100 strains of the virus and unless you had one of those 4, he is at risk. However, since your infection was ages ago, it is very unlikely that you are infectious. This does not mean you won't ever be infectious again, but the chances of infecting him now are really low because your infection was ages ago. You should assume you are not infectious now assuming you have had a good pap result in the past year.
