Can I get an std from a blowjob

Well I got a blowjob from a girl I just met like 12 hours later I started feeling an irritation on my penis but it feels like it’s inside my bladder hurts a little but it’s off and on on day 3 went to clinic and took a test for stds and they gave me nes for gohneerha  and clymidia what are my chances I’ve caught something’s its day 5 I still feel pain down there side note on day 4 i urinated and I felt a burning sensation I’m not sure if I’m just being paranoid anxiety but the more I think about it or get stressed the more noticeable it gets

Yes oral sex is not 100%  safe. In fact, there is no such thing 100% safe sex. Condoms provide 50% protection against HPV. However, the odds of getting HPV (or any STD)  one sex act is very low but not zero unless the woman has open sores (herpes) or warts in her mouth and then the odds increase.  Assuming you took the 10 panel STD test. If you get negative results, then you should be fine. However do realize that you need to wait 90 days past the sex act date to get definitive test results for Herpes. Any test result prior to 90 days is uncertain.
