Your chances of infecting her at this point? Probably close to 0. Nobody can ever say with 100% certainty that there is no chance, but you are as close to no chance as you can get.
And if that's still not good enough for you:

thank you for your answer, what is the chance she get infected?iam 6 years now GW free and i consider my self in good health .how about if she get pregnant and her immune system is low can she get warts, iam afraid of that ,according to you it's not a big deal as my first doc said to me ,but i get another doc who said i will carry the virus for life (that was in 2005)but with the new studies now it said will clear off by our immune system and body,ALL I WISH IN MY LIFE NOW IS TO NOT INFECT MY FUTURE WIFE and that it's realy hard in my mind.
I don't know why you think HPV is like a life threatening disease. You make it sound like AIDS or something.
First of all, if you been wart free ( even as little as 3 to 6 months), you can reassure yourself you are no longer contagious. So in your situation, you are good to go.
Yes, most people clears their virus in 6 months to 2 years. You don't need to wait 2 whole years to be wart free to consider yourself clear, 6 months of wart free is enough.
Also, in regards to not being 100 percent gone. Yes I read it on the study done by McGill University that a fraction of the people clears it, and another fraction have it suppressed. Therefore, yes some people can still carry the virus, but not strong enough to reactivate your warts, or infection your partners.
Honestly, you shouldn't be this afraid of a STD that 80 percent of the population gets ( so does that mean we ALLL should be alone, 80 precent of us?). Just go out, enjoy life and MARRY your women. Truthfully, worse situation possible, she gets infected, but she will get herself treated and will be okay like you. I don't think HPV is something so significant that you need to throw away the woman you want to MARRY.
Please just don't stress and enjoy life.
