Fustrated and dint know what to do..

I was with a sex worker over a year ago. I received oral sex and we grinded penis to vagina but no vaginal sex..one week later I had a little boil that hurt a little on the inside of upper thigh.
I became very nervous and went to a 7 day urgent care physician aND he didn't see anything but he took blood work to check for stds.
I also had went to a dermatologist who didn't see any sign of HPV....
OK
So now 12 months later I become really very very itchy in the genital area especially the public hair area for about 4 - 5 weeks now.I buy lice shampoo to try that ..no good still itchy.didn't see any signs of lice..Im scared this is HPV..don't know what to do.
I used a little vinegar on my genital area.it relieved itchiness for about an hour....I just got an eye infection and  hope I  didn't transmut with my fingers..very very scared
