What do I have?

Two days ago I noticed that I I have bumps on the inside flaps of my vagina. they are very small and don't itch. I heard these are symptoms of hpv. But the bumps are very small and are in the inside and you have to open to find them and look real closely. (sorry i suck at explaining) . Like a group or bunch on each side. I'll be honest I suffer from depression and anxiety so I would go days without showering. that's no excuse. I haven't had sex since February but i'm still worried. I'm 17 and i told my mom but she said its just a yeast infection and that i should just clean the area and they will go away. But I'm still worried , what should i do ? what could i have? HPV?   Please help and please don't judge. thanks

Go to a dermatologist if you can see a GYN. You are very young which means your immune system is stronger than most. If you are a cig smoker, stop now. That makes it worse. Stress increases them too. Know the facts. You can still get the vaccine and not get strains you don't already have. This is not the end of the world and the end of your sex life. Should you be diagnosed with it, know that 85% of sexually active females have been exposed to it at some point in their lives. Go to the Doctor's Forum and read what they have to say about it.
