Can HPV caused Chronic Prostatitis

In 2010  i went out state to train for 12 weeks in Georgia. I noticed 2 warts under my belly button but since i was so busy i found it weird but yet did not pay much attention to it. After i came back home  i went to see a doctor since previously i checked online and it all pointed out that it was HPV, i got so scared i went to see a doctor and after seeing the warts he told me he wasn't sure that it was HPV because it did not look like typical HPV warts, i told him i was also experiencing some frequent urination at night and at times some burning sensation on the tip of my penis after urinating, Well blood work and urine were conducted for all STDs and everything came out negative.

Now after everything came out negative i stop worrying although i knew i probably had HPV. with time indeed i started getting some warts in the shaft of my penis (very few) and i removed them. Now i am confused because the doctor did not tell me it was HPV but here i am getting these warts. For some time i did not get anymore.

some time after that i also started experiencing some lower back pain after seating for a few minutes which i found weird, also the frequent urination at night up to 5 times at night became a stressful situation. Sometime in 2011 i met a girl which i ended up dating and told her about my problems that i had with warts and it was very embarrassing to say the least. Frist time we had sex (protected Sex) i noticed the worst symptom of them all this was the first time i was going to have sex after such a long time. (before 12 weeks training i did have sex with multiple woman during a 2 year period when i thought i was superman) so going to the first night with the girl that i was dating i remember i was very attracted by her physically and yet i did not have the usual hard erections i was accostumed to, after engaging in intercourse i ejaculated so fast, i mean i was so embarrassed and perhaps thought it was just a freak accident, now it happen again and again. I was like i cannot believe that this is happening to me. Not that the the symptoms did not bother me but dealing with erectile dysfunction such as weak erection and premature ejaculation just was too much for me. I mean how as i going to explained this to my now girlfriend? she was probably thinking i was a loser and i just wanted to let her know that this was new to me since i never had sexual problems. Needless to say i went back to the doctor (another Doctor) they did all STDS exam and everything came out negative, i explained once again about frequent urination, pain in my lower back and behind my testicles, prematured ejaculation, weak erections and also loss of libido as i would not recover from ejaculating as quick as i used to before. Also testosterone levels were checked and everything came out great. Once again i was confused, the doctor told me i had chronic prostatitis and sent me a course of antibiotics that minimized some of the pain and the visits to the bathroom but that was it. My sexual problems were still there with no improvements. I also ejaculated with pain for some time and also one time i ejaculated reddish color semen which i presumed was blood. So in an unfortunate progression things were getting worst and no hopes from my doctor. The doctors (Urologist) i went to 2 different ones. Doctors told me chronic prostatitis is very difficult to treat and i might have to deal with this for the rest of my life. i was like what? also one of the doctors told me premature ejaculation was all mental and that had nothing to do with chronic prostatitis. I was like it cannot be, I've never had this problem before and now you are telling me is a mental problem? i experienced this after having sex for many years. Well pretty much they told me they have no answer for my sexual problems. Also for my frequent urination there was no problem with the urethra and i was according to them emptying my bladder completely and that i was not holding any urine that would caused the frequent urination. Well once again i was left hopeless.

I would also like to say that i am a guy workout everyday, i do not do drugs, smoke nor drink. I am 6'1 195Lbs and do not have any heart condition, diabetes or any physical condition. Thank GOD. Now all of this i started experiencing at 25 years old (back 2010) and even though time has passed and the frequent urination persist but on and off at times, My sexual problem still there. I don't know what to do since the doctors did not have the desired to hear me of help me.
IF anybody here is going through the same thing or any specialist here that would like to help me, i would really appreciated. This is very tough for a man to deal with, it could not be more embarrassing, i feel like i lost my manhood and 3 years of this is already too much, Also i do not want for this to affect me when it comes fertility.
Please help me in this serious matter.

I don't know you still have the problems or not since you wrote these 5 years ago. I have the same problem as you but with a fewer sexual problem. It still gets hard enough! I have HPV type 6. The HPV's test is not blood and urine. They should take a sample of your warts. I've found some traditional treatment. please let me know your current health status to share more experiences. Thanks

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
HPV does not cause chronic prostatitis. Chronic prostatitis usually develops gradually and may present with discomfort, recurrent urinary tract infections, lower back and testicular pain, pain and burning during urination, blood in the urine, incontinence and abnormal urine color. It may develop gradually and may be affected with lifestyle issues like alcohol drinking.Factors that may trigger this may include anxiety, which can cause the pelvic area to be sensitized which results in a heightened neurological feedback.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Hi. HPV can only be visually diagnosed by an experienced person as there are no test to determine HPV. This is a topical skin issue and has nothing to do with your prostate gland.
