i am a male. i discovered a bump/pimple on my penis it started of small and i will squeezing it then it became bigger and then i popped it. yellow puss came out and a bit of blood but its still there. i am really scared and worried, i am 19 years a year back i had sex with a hooker big mistake but it was protected from start to end and i check for HIV,syphilis, hep B,C and all were negative.

Go see a dermatolgist and if he removes it ask for a biopsy to know what it is. It may be a GW. Also, go see your doctor and get the vaccine to protect you from strains you may not yet have since you are under 26.
