Question For A Friend

Ok, you may have seen my question I posted earlier. That was my problem. Now, my friend, who I will not say his name, is more nervous. He is very embarrassed about this whole deal, so embarrassed that he wont even post his question on the internet, even if it is slightly anonymous. He has the same problem, he has had a few canker sores in the last year or so and never had sex or kissed someone with HPV and it doesn't run in his family but he has had a bit more of a complication. He has had a canker sore appear on his testicles. Just one and it went away quickly but he is still worried. Like me, he is a boy of the age of sixteen. Could he have HPV or what else could cause this canker sore on his testicles and mouth?

canker sores have no relation to HPV? do they relate to any STD's or any diseases?

I don't know what you mean by canker sores, but HPV does not cause sores. If he hasn't had sex or oral sex, this isn't sexually related at all.
