Risk from being touched by mutual masturbation

If a guy who was masturbating himself starts masturbating me briefly with his hand what are the chances that he infected me with something? His hand was dry. Did not noticed any warts or herpes on him - only a huge skin tag near his upper groin area where the skin from his stomach would normally fold when sitting. I have asked him if he has had genital warts or herpes - he stated never. And he has kept in touch with me. I'm very afraid and scared. He mentioned he got his skin tag removed finally. How soon would i notice if there's something on me? i'm uncircumcised so my head is always moist and it's hard to tell. Is it normal to have small rough surface on the head of the penis? When I'm soft, its hard to really tell the surface. But when hard, i don't see anything out of the ordinary. Am I being too hard on myself? Could he be telling the truth? Do warts suddenly appear like from night to day or gradually develop? Please someone with good knowledge answer. He reassures me everything is fine.

When people say skin to skin, does that mean genital to hand to genital? or straight contact genitals?

so if he touch his penis with his hand and then touched mine - it's low risk?
and of course no risk if he never has had genial warts or herpes.

You wouldn't get HPV in this way, its a very very low exposure. People usually notice warts within 6 months, however there is no time limit and it could happen long after that. Yeah I think you are being very hard on yourself, this isn't enough exposure worth worrying about because not only is the exposure extremely low, but you aren't sure if he's ever had HPV in the first place. Of course he could be telling the truth, who knows. Warts don't suddenly appear and then go away within a day, it is more gradual than that. It could well be a skin tag as they are often mistaken for GW. If you do have GW, it is much more likely to be from another exposure in which you had at least genital to genital contact and more likely penetrative sex. Skin to skin means just that, direct contact with an infected genital area with your genitals, or oral sex.
