Possible Warts on scrotum?

I started developing a strong itch on my scrotum at the beginning of this month, but there was nothing visible. About a week to two weeks ago, a lump started developing and it grew quick. It doubled in size in one day. A couple days after that, another lump started to develop. Then today, another one started growing, which makes it three lumps now. They're red, hard to the touch. They haven't blistered or scabbed over. There's no puss. No pain. Just a lot of extreme itching! The itching is so bad it's almost unbearable! At first, I didn't worry because I figured it'd go away, but it's only gotten worse. I have had genital warts before on the shaft of my penis, but they were flesh-colored and really small, and they did not itch and were not bothersome at all. They have been removed since. I've provided a link below so y'all can see. Do y'all think these are warts? If so, should I go to the doctor or get a home wart removal kit? Thanks guys!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It does not look like warts. However the possibility of scabies needs to be evaluated.

It is characterized by intense itching, usually at night and by small insect-type bites lesions on the skin. Diagnosis of scabies is made by scraping the skin and viewing the material under a microscope to see the characteristic mite or eggs.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
