I am considering a hysterectomy beacus e I am tired of the inconsistant menstrual cycles every month.  Will a hysterectomy stop my irregular periods.

It will stop the periods, BUT you can't just go and have a hysto just because you want one. There has to be a really good reason (medically) why you have to have one. Unless I misunderstood you and you really DO have a medical reason for a hysto?

Heck yes it will. That is why I had mine. I think it was the greatest thing I have ever done.
