Night sweats 15yrs after complete hysterectmy with HRT

I had a complete hysterectmy 15 years ago. I have been on HRT since.  I have been getting a shot every 30 to 90 days for 15 years..mainly to keep the hot flashes somewhat at bay.  Recently I have experienced terrible night sweats, worse than ever before, but they seem different than the hot flashes that drive me to get a hormone shot.  Is this just symtomatic of regular menopause? After a shot, the hot flashes go away, and the night sweats used to, but now the night sweats stay with me...

Your body changes over time, and the hormone injections you have received for 15 years may not be what you need now. What hormone have you been receiving by injection?

To learn more about how your body changes after hysterectomy watch the short informative video, "Female Anatomy: the Functions of the Female Organs" at www.hersfoundation.org/anatomy.
