Pelvic Trauma- Surgery, now what?

Hello-
Sorry this is so personal, but I am desperate. About 5 months ago I was playing softball with some friends when I (stupidly) was catching and got hit with the bat really hard in my lower right pelvis. I could hear this odd ripping sound when it happened. I went to the ER, Had a scan and everything was normal. Since then, I have been having terrible troubles! Oh, I am only 22 and very healthy with regular periods, Gi health etc before this.
On the gynecological side-
Now, my breasts and clitoris have decreased in size. If I orgasm, it no longer feels the same, it's much weaker. Also, any pressure (like to use the restroom) causes my period to start. I've visited with my gynecologist and all (FSH,  etc. are normal.) The only change was my ferritin dropped a lot- to a 5! I had alaparoscopy laprascopy nearly a week ago and the only thing found was severe endometrosis right in the  I was hit at.
From a GI Side-
In addition, I've had a colonscopy, which was normal, but I continue to hear loud gurgling noises and odd sensations in the lower right area. Anytime I drink liquids, there is a rushing and woohsing sound that people around me can hear, and I often can feel a bulge in my abdomen for a few seconds when something is passing near my appendix( but its fine). I also suffer more frequent constipation. I am so confused as to whats going on.

Any ideas/ suggestions for what it could be? I feel like I've lost all my hormones or something
I'm used to being a very healthy, happy girl, and I just want my life back. Thanks! I am miserable.

Oh and stay away from taking birth control.  Dont let the constipationt thing go on too long.  It could be some scar tissue obstructing some intestinal passage.  Could be anything really.
Its not severe since there is no pain.  Use castor oil packs on the area and if you use hormones at all use only progesterone.  Good luck to u

Check your hormone levels so that your estrogen and progesterone ratio stay where they need to be.  read books by John Lee anticipating any future complications you may have. Your young and youll probably heal from this if you maintain a healthy lifestyle and eat healthy foods.
