Please fix! I can't access my trackers -- error message

When I try to access my trackers, I get an error message saying, "Sorry, there was an unexpected error". Can you please fix this? I've tried multiple browsers and platforms, so there's definitely a problem on MedHelp's end. Thanks!

Yes I see the top bar and can navigate via the work-around as described before. Just can't get to home page.

Thanks for the additional information, Jim, and I'm so sorry you're still having problems with your page.  I'll pass the information on to our Engineers.  Do you see the top bar on the page when you get the error message?  If so, are you able to navigate to other pages from the error page?

Hi, Jim,

The engineers have determined that the issue is your home page, and they're working on it right now.  In the meantime, your other pages (trackers, etc.) should be working ok. If you see the error message, just click on anything else, and you should be able to view every other page.

I do apologize for the continued problems you're having, Jim. I'm going to have a few others take a look at this for you, who will be responding as soon as possible.

Thanks for your patience with this problem!

I use Google Chrome, Version 37.0.2062.103 m
I tried I.E. 10, Version 10.0.9200.17054
The problem persists in both browsers.
I changed my home page, but that didn't correct the problem.
What next?

Jim - we have confirmed yours is an issue with your home page. Once you see that error message, just click on anything else, and you can view every other page. We have let the engineers know about this for you.

AimeeLove - Is this still happening for you? We were able to open your home page, profile page, etc. Can you try a different browser? If it works on another browser, can you tell us what browser it isn't working on?

Thanks!

Emily

Thanks for the additional follow-up information!  What browsers are you each using?  What happens if you use a different browser?  Do you continue getting the error?

Hi - I'm so sorry you're having problems! Are you using a particular mobile device or a desktop/laptop?  Am I understanding correctly that when you try to get on the site, you get some sort of error like the one the above user (jim_faas) mentioned?  Any additional information you can provide would be helpful.  Thanks!

Hi, Jim,

Our engineers are looking into this.  Can you let us know if you're logging in via a mobile device, or are you using your computer (or both)?  I'm so sorry you're still experiencing this!

DETAILS: When I Login from https://www.medhelp.org/account/login, I get the message "Sorry, there was an unexpected error" screen with the Header Bar topics having no pull-down menus. Also, an unusual [Experts] topic is on the Header Bar and the [Logout] item displays [Signup or Login].

If I click directly on the [Forums], [Tools], [Information] or [Experts] Header Bar topics, it seems to temporarily correct the issues... until I click directly on [My MedHelp] or [My MedHelp] > [Home], which takes me back to the same "Sorry, there was an unexpected error" screen with the Header Bar topics having no pull-down menus.

Hi Jim -

I checked your trackers, and was able to access them all. Can you tell me which one you are not able to access?

Thanks,

Emily

I'm experiencing the same in some (but not all) of my trackers. And my weight changes, even if I correct it (online & in the iphone app) Great if you could have a look, thanks.
