1tbs salt
2 cans 10 0unces each, whole baby clams ,undrained
Iquart whole milk
1tsp lemon juice
salt & lemon pepper
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cube butter
Peel and dice potatoes.Melt butter in large saucepan.Add onions ,potatoes, and celery. Saute till onions are transparent.Add enough water to cover potatoes.Cook, covered till potatoes are tender, about 1/2 hour. Add Salt, clams, milk, aand lemon juice. Simmer gently for 1/2 hour. Add lemon pepper.Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley. Complete the meal with French Bread and a dry white wine .4 servings .
