2 tbls of butter
3 cups grated sharp chedder cheese
1tsp worcester sauce
1/4 mustard
dash of cayenne
4 slices hot toast Beat the eggy and beer together .Melt butter and cheese in a broiler till thick, Add seasonings . Add beer and egg mixture to the cheese. Heat stirring constantly ..pour over the hot toast ...men love this recipe .

oh that good than i can surely make this dish.
there is a non alcoholic one if you dont drink alcohol it has the same taste.its more of a snack than a meal ..
is there anything else other than beer? can be added.
