I am a 22 yr old female...heart problem...no dignose

I had been to the hospital 2 weeks ago for a sharp burning pain in my heart. I was tod I had a artemia..probaly due to caffine or smoking. My x-rays were ok, and my blood work was fine. I have no clue what they were testing for... so the other day, I started getting a fluter in my chest, which is commen for me...but typically only last a few seconds. This time it turned into a rabit heart beat...so fast I could count and lasted maybe 5 min. I was so scraed...i went to the ER again after it slowed down, where my ECG read... sinus tachycardia, right atrial enlargement, nonspecific t wave abnormality, abnormal ECG.... my heart rate was always between 109-125 at the ER... They say it is most likely PSVT...and my family doc says it could be a birt defect that could be dangurous... I see a cardoligiest on the 26th, but Im afraid. Every doctor I spoke with has warned me if i pass out, its severly bad... whats that mean? any idea what I could have??? I have always been healthy...despite anxiety attacks, now im sooooo scared!!!! Help!

You need to be evaluated and likey need an event monitor to see what rhythm disturbance you are having.

Did anyone suggest to you to wear a 24 hour holter monitor or a 30 day CED monitor to try and capture the actual events that are happening. Also, did anyone suggest the possibility of Wolf Parkinson White syndrome to you? A general cardiologist is a good
place to start, but I am suspicious that you may need to end up seeing an EP
(Electro Physiology) specialist.
