multiple valve replacement

I am a 48 woman with a LAD fistula.  I currently have a prosthetic aortic valve since 1980 and have complete heart block (have a pacemaker).   I have have been told i have a 4.8 cm aortic anuerysm and a mitral valve that needs to be replaced.  I have had one episode of ventricular tachycardia.

Is it feasible to anticipate having the LAD Fistula repaired, the aortic valve, mitral valve replaced and the anuerysm repaired all during the same sugery?

I believe there is an evidence of NO blood getting to the ventricle.

Unless you have evidence of lack of blood supply to  anterior wall or a large shunt thru the fistula the surgeons will likely leave this alone.
