Cant pooping like before pls help

Hello dear
Im 37 yrs old male
Before 1 month approx i begin feel like pain or cramp in my rectum ..before 15 days i stop pooping only rarely and now i visit care center they give me luxative and antibiotics i did ct scan , shows i have diverticula without inflamation and slight liquid in ileal loop , so but i cant pooping well very hard and very small amount even the stool is very soft with thin shape and cant passing gas very rarely with abdominal pain... im so anxity please help
