Unknown Gut related issue

I have a gut problem but don't know what it is. I get some sort of sudden brain fog feel bit out of balance and unclear, and sometimes feel hotness in my body and weird sense in my limbs. Almost as if I'm drunk or drugged up. That can last for few hours. Sometimes I get it hour or two after bowel movement and sometimes without any reason. If anyone had similar issue please share. Thanx

You need to see a doctor and get blood work and an examination. This could be many things, including anemia. Maybe you are losing blood in your GI tract, but these symptoms are not very specific so get checked out.
