stomach pain and arousal problems

Sir,I am a 28 year old male. i have a problem from the past 7 years .this all happened after a guy hit me playfully on my stomach .later,i had pain,so i went to a gastroentrologist and had endoscopy .everything was fine.but the problem is ,every after 10 -12 days,it starts paining in my abdomen.Then the sperm comes out while i pressurise for ******** .if it doesnt happen this way,then the sperm comes out during night sleep automatically.stomach belches out.also,whenever i take food,heavy expelsion of gases from stomach normally through mouth takes place.even though i dont want to masterbate,the situation prompts me to do it every 10 or 12 days or the sperm comes out itself.The next day,i feel pain at back ,and the other day ,situation is better..again ..after 10 days,,stomach trouble starts up and the same situation occurs...often i have discomfort in stomach with a feeling of food coming till the throat .when the condition is worse,i get loose motions too.sometimes there are bubbles formed in the excreta..my urine is also foamy.what can i do doctor?please advise me .this is my situation.because of these,i dont feel a proper erection and my ejaculation is very fast on simulation..i never feel confident nor able to concentrate on any other works because of these thoughts ..yesterday ,ultasound test was done and gall bladder thickness was found and rest were all found normal..

I have consulted physician and dint find any problems.but,still i am having this problem..every 6-7 days,the sperm has to go out fro mthe body even if i dont want to masterbate too..if it doesnt go out,then stomach trouble starts up and then i get loose motions etc..once the sperm goes out,then the next 2 days r very tough ..same stomach problems ..after that ,for 3-5 days ,everything is normal..again on the 7-th or 8th day..sperm has to go out..i a mfed up..what to do doctor?no doctor has given me a proper advise ..but i am sufffering this and it is really tough for me ..

Hi, the stomach pain may not be related to arousal. Masturbating is normal and is not known to cause any symptoms, side effects or ill effects. So, if you are experiencing abdominal pain, it is not due to masturbation. If you are worried or depressed about this there is nothing for you to fear. For your other symptoms of abdominal pain, you will need to consult your primary care physician who will examine you and determine the cause so that appropriate therapy can be initiated. Regards.
