Proteinuria and Low eGFR

Hi there. I am a 28 year old female. I live a healthy lifestyle (regular exercise, healthy diet). One year ago it was discovered that I had proteinuria. I had proteinuria on 2 subsequent tests and on my 24 urinalysis. My GP consulted a nephrologist and was told to monitor bloodwork, urine and BP every 4 months for a year, then every 6 months and then yearly afterwards. Most recently, when I had my tests done and my eGFR is now 84, creatinine (urine) = 26.8 and ACR = 59.7. I do not take and have not taken any medications (including NSAIDs) in many years. My BP is typically around 120/80. I have been having episodes of flu-like symptoms every 1-2 months for many years, on and off and do have some digestive issues which are also being investigated but otherwise am healthy.

I have been referred to a nephrologist but am curious as to what may potentially be causing these results. Thank you in advance!
