Like other kidney disease patients, people with cyst in kidney also need to follow a healthy diet to prevent further
Low salt diet
As the disease progresses, symptoms like swelling and high blood pressure may come into being. In this condition, it is quite essential to limit the intake of salt. Otherwise, the condition will be aggravated. Mostly, high sodium foods can be found in salted products, caned foods, seafood, preserved meat and so on. In general, the amount can be be controlled within 2-3g per day.
High quality protein foods
Fresh fruits and vegetables
Fluid intake
and So on. It can help you.

The Bosniak classifications shows and defines kidney cysts by the risk of getting kidney cancer.

Having a cyst that falls into the Category 1 on the Bosniak classification means that it is a simple benign cyst with a hairline thin wall that is filled with fluid and does not contain speta, calcifications or solid components.

The risk factor of having a cyst classified as Category 1 means that you have a 0% to less than 2% of it becoming cancerous.

If you feel no discomfort or pain, then do not worry about it.  If the cyst does become large and causes you pain and discomfort, then make an appointment to see your doctor who can refer you to a urologist (if you are not under his care already).   There is a procedure for the fluid to be drained from the cyst.  Sometimes they can refill.

You may feel discomfort from time to time or you may feel a dull pain where the cyst is when you have a urinary infection.

With any urinary and kidney problems, it is important to drink plenty of fluids and 2 litres is usually recommended, more if you sweat a lot for whatever reason.  Your doctor or urologist may suggest you drink more, so follow their advice.
