I had frequent throat infections for about six months. Now I have 6 swollen lymph nodes in my neck below my jaw. There are two larger ones bigger than 1.5 CM and two smaller ones near each large one confirmed by CT scan. They are hard and moveable, but my ENT said they are difficult to move. They have been there for about three months. I have been very tired, losing hair at the hairline, short of breath, mild sore throat constantly, cough, but I haven’t had any night sweats or weight loss. I’m scheduled to have a biopsy soon, but I don’t think I have cancer. What else could it be? I am 32/F.
