Balance issues?

Two questions, really:
First: Has anyone else experienced the feeling of being at times "unsteady on their feet"..?? I've thankfully not experienced a fall - or anything of that nature - but rather a general feeling of difficulty w/maintaining balance.  Although not confirmed, I suspect that this may be associated with a mild case of H.E.
And if so, then here's my second question:
Was this a permanent (or progressively worsening) condition - or has anyone ever experienced any improvement over time?

I found this, I am sure they are probably going to try to sell me something but if they are willing to send me the first two exercises to help my balance I am going to do it.

Hi there! Yes, I noticed it, still do. I am trying balancing exercises now.  Like a stability ball to increase balance.

Another member said to walk, like on a sidewalk or similar flat  surface.

I had started to try to balance myself on a curb for short times to try to stimulate it.  I know it can also be an inner ear problem but for me it started during tx and was so bad that I stopped driving for a while.

There is also physical therapy to help a person regain their balance

I will  look for more information

Take care
