Whats a 7mm Hemangioma

Hi I've been having trouble eating these last two years and can't find a reason why. I had an ultrasound that found nothing other than Heteralgenous liver and everything normal.. So I continues to get short of breath and unable to eat without going into tremendous stomach chest pains right below rib cage.. Mu symptoms have not improved and I continue to suffer after meals, gas, bloating abdominal pains. So my doctor ordered an MRI with contrace and the results were normal everything except a small FlASH HEMANGIOMA or FOCAL PERFUSION!?!? What does this mean??? And can this be why I'm unable to eat and suffer from stomach pains?!?!? I am on Omepresole for stomach pain and feel better but pain continues and am unable to eat much?!? Am also scheduled for an endoscopy and colonoscopy and will have it soon... What I'm I dealing with with my liver!?!?! I also have feet pains can't stand long because my feet hurt and burn from the pain!?!?! I also get short of breath when I eat !?!? If anyone knows what my mtI results mean please help me understand thanks..

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It is important to clinically correlate any test results. A liver haemangioma is a benign hypervascular liver lesion. It is usually diagnosed as an accidental finding. You may need repeated follow ups for your liver haemangioma.Acidity and bloating can be due to acid peptic disease. An upper GI endoscopy and follow up under a gastroenterologist will be helpful. A thorough evaluation will be extremely helpful. I hope it helps.
Best wishes and regards!
