I had test and need answers both blood and ultra sound, on my liver

I have had elevated liver funtion teat off and on since 2004, and tenderness in my right side like I had pulled a muscle or brused my self  sometime t point it hurt to breath, ot wear a bra, Just  resently a university doctor,  not a lical doctor saw my elevate dliver function test and ask me if I had every had aliver ultra sound, I hadnt so he order one, plus blood test for Hepatitis C  studies both chronic and acute the blood test results came back NON REAC, ? what does this mean, and the ultra sound came back that I have a Enlarged, echongenic liver , Differential includes fatty inflitration and chronic hepatocelluar disease said the increase echogenicity of the liver limits evaluation for focal lessions, ,  whta does this mean. , when they did the ultra sound on my liver it was painful to have done as just any slight touching of my right side was very tender and painful,what does this mean and what is next for me, , where can I get answer, I seek,  I am 50 years old Female, and this has been going on for at least five years, I just wish a doctor would have done an ultra sound before this, ,

my results of my liver function test are as followed:ALT was 64 and AST 42   if I am reading this form right,  I have had elveted level off and on since 2004 some much higher than this,,  my new's test results Iam not finding right now but will let you know when I do. they are what prompted the ultrasound on my liver,
