high sgpt

Hello, I m 20 year old male. My ultrasound report shows moderate fatty lever. My initial sgpt level was 56 after that I used to consume less junk foods and all oily things. But when I tested second time it becomes 101. After that I don't eat any oily foods any type of oily things and daily morning I used to walk half hr. Doctor provided me some medicines that was reheptin. After 15 days I tested my sgpt level increases and it goes to 110 from 101. What should I do to control this? I got tested for hep and that was negative. What should I do what medicine should I take to control my sgpt level. I need ur help.

Hi a fatty liver can be helped by changing the diet.  Cutting out red meat processed foods, junk food, alcohol.  Upping your water intake is helpful
Everything you eat or drink goes through your liver so your liver must process everything.
You are very young to have this problem.  Some of it could run in your family.
Like high cholesterol can run in a family so it takes more work to improve it.  What did your doctor say?
I have a friend who has fatty liver bordering on cirrhosis, she was told no alcohol.  I'm not saying you are drinking, just trying to tell you this can be serious.
