enlarged liver with several nodules

I have a enlarged liver with several nodules, pain in lower stomac i have lost weight due from throwing up everything i eat, this has been going on for the past couple months, had a cat scan done, still not getting answerers, i can not keep living like this are they antbody with the right answears, , could this be a sign of cancer, what does it really mean,  ENLARGED LIVER WITH SEVERAL NODULES, why am i getting sick 3 to 4 times EVERY DAY?  PLEASE HELP!!

Try and keep your caloric intake up - even if its ice cream for a short while...  Ive rarely had a problem with simple sugars - even though in the long haul its crap nutrition....  I could usually eat apples too  Are you seeing  a hepatologist?  (or a gastroenterologist)?

The cat scan shows the several nodules, the eating part, well sometimes the soups work, like i said i lost 24 pounds less than 2 months, i have told the doctors that all they seem they want to do is wait, wait for what? they want to do another cat scan in a month or so to see what the nodules are doing, by that time i will about 25 lbs, who knows,

The hepatologist should know (or will likely investigate) the nodules - but they dont necessarily mean tumor.  and mri with contrast would show if there is some mass that is at the root of the problem, and they would certainly share that with you.  What are your labs showing? (alt ast, etc?)

Hang in there friend, I know well the pain that is nausea (I call it pain as it is as debilitating as any pain I have experienced)... are there any foods that you can keep down without the "hurling"?  try small meals.  I consume soups and drink liquid protein drinks when I have had nausea, and that has been manageable.
