red angoima in chest: stress or liver related?

I have fatty liver and that stressed me a lot recently.
I have some red spots in my chest (which started I think when I was stressed a but now diminished in size).
They are:

is this something related to liver or stress? It seems that there is no blood vein radiating and I wanted to ask you.

Glad to hear that.  I have the spider angiomas and they are very dark almost like a raspberry color in the middle

spider angiomas have legs and mine  do not have and hence  i think they are acnes, which faded compared to before.

Hello, I am not a doctor but it looks like you have a type of rash, it could be stress related however I would go to the doctor to get this checked out.
There might be a way to find pictures of the spider angiomas that would be related to liver problems.
I will try to find something and come back
