but people make me confuse they and one doctor told me that even with Low Dna or Undetctible DNA PCR your lever can be damage. i did altrasound before one hour and this report state that Lever is normal in size no damage is their but still doctor said that you need Fibroscan or bisopy of your lever now what i will do plz answer me.

i do not think you need either a biopsy or fibroscan. If the doctor felt strongly about having one or the other performed, the fibroscan would be sufficient.
